MXBL EVENT SUMMARY 2024 (07-02-2024) Malaysian X Ball League or ‘MXBL’ is designed to provide a competitive atmosphere to ready players into NXLASIA and surrounding high level tournaments in Asia. The format is X Ball and the framework of rules will be the latest NXL EUROPE rule book unless stated otherwise. In all instances ‘local’ rules will take precedence over any other rules 3 DIVISIONS will be on offer for 2024 and player rankings recognized will be MXBL 2021-2023, PB Leagues or as a fall back local major event participation. In absence of a PB Leagues ID or any local event participation a local committee will have to approve an unranked player and can move him/her up or down in divisional status. Players will receive a season ID tag this year which will be valid for the 3 events. Players who are playing in other teams or changing division must inform the secretariat via email guch@nxlasia.my Counterfeit ID’s will not be tolerated and player rankings will immediately revert to its highest last rank with a cash fine imposed by the committee. International teams attending must get in touch with guch@nxlasia.my ASAP regarding travel arrangements, rankings and paintball marker handling. Registration will be via PB LEAGUES website under NXLASIA events MXBL DIVISION 1 5 Man X Ball (Registration fee RM850) Open to any player ranked PBLI semi pro/D1 and 1 PB leagues ranked PRO only. Roster limit is 10+1 Manager A FULL team of players ranked D3 and below will need to acquire an approval by the committee to proceed in this division. The format will be XBALL Mercy rules. Teams will play to a Mercy limit of 5 within 12 minutes Each team will be restricted to 20 pods per point with no exception. If a match is to be decided by a 1 vs 1, each player shall carry no more than 4 pods and their respective loaders. EACH TEAM IS LIMITED TO 2 CREW IDENTIFIED BY TEAM CREW TAGS MXBL DIVISION 2 5 Man X Ball (Registration RM750) Open to MXBL 2021 – 2023 ranked D2, PB Leagues Division 2 players and or 2 Division 1 players or 1 Semi Pro only Roster Limit is 10 + 1 Manager The format will be XBALL Mercy rules. Teams will play to a Mercy limit of 4 within 10 minutes Each team will be restricted to 20 pods per point with no exception. If a match is to be decided by a 1 vs 1 each player shall carry no more than 4 pods and their respective loaders. EACH TEAM IS LIMITED TO 2 CREW IDENTIFIED BY TEAM CREW TAGS MXBL DIVISION 3 5 Man X Ball (Registration RM650) Open to PB leagues Division 3 players and below, 1 MXBL 2021-2023 Division 2 player only, no other. Any player on the podium for D1 at MXBL or TXBL 2022 or 2023 is not allowed in this division. Roster Limit is 10 + 1 Manager The format will be XBALL Mercy rules. Teams will play to a Mercy limit of 3 within 8 minutes Each team will be restricted to 20 pods per point with no exception. If a match is to be decided by a 1 vs 1 each player shall carry no more than 4 pods.
