Unauthorized distribution of soliciting material during the event is prohibited by the promoter and/or field owner, and will result in the immediate removal of the individual(s) from the premises.

Your entry fee is a non-refundable deposit which guarantees your team a place in the tournament. Absolutely no refunds will be provided to teams who fail to show for scheduled games.
